The current ticker universe appears to be primarily U.S.-focused. Many international equities and other asset classes cannot be found when creating baskets.
Request
Expand ticker coverage to include:
• Global equities (Europe, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, etc.)
• ADRs and local listings
• ETFs listed outside the U.S.
• Futures (equity indices, rates, commodities, FX)
• Commodities
• Major FX pairs
• Fixed income instruments
• Indices
• Crypto
Why this matters
Many investors track themes across regions and asset classes rather than just U.S. stocks.
Examples:
• Softlines: 7936.T (ASICS), ADS.DE (adidas), MONC.MI (Moncler)
• Semis: ASML.AS, BESI.AS, 8035.T (Tokyo Electron)
• Shipping: 1919.HK (COSCO Shipping)
• Commodities: Gold, Brent, WTI, Copper
• Futures: ES, NQ, CL, GC, ZN, etc.
Being able to include these in baskets would make liqn a much more complete research platform and allow users to monitor entire investment themes instead of only the U.S. components.
